All About Professional Photographer in Leeds Yorkshire
Creating an image, in whatever form it eventually takes and whatever the subject, has the same excitement for me now, as the first time I loaded my first roll of film.
I have been taking photographs since I was a child, but also drawing and painting, creating something out of nothing has always held great excitement for me.
I began shooting professionally in 1996. I started my career shooting on film and this background gave me a sound base to embrace the digital revolution which came about 2-3 years later.
I was lucky enough to be part of one of the first studios to buy, implement and start shooting on the first Phase One digital camera backs.
Many years later and thousands of shoots later, I have always kept up to date with the latest advancements in technology using the latest cameras and software. I have been fortunate to be involved with a vast variety of photography projects, for lots of different types of businesses many of which I shot in studios in Leeds, this I believe gives my future clients a photographer who can solve their photographic conundrum quickly, effectively and in a time and budget to suit all. Being a commercial photographer in Leeds I believe is all about using photography and my experience to make your product look good!.
I have picked up the odd award or two on the way too, including BIPP photographer of the year (digital category). Shot Up North - 2008. Included in the prestigious book in that year and the critically acclaimed nationally touring limited edition print exhibition, this success was repeated again in 2010. My Professional qualifications have been something which I have worked hard to achieve, the BIPP is the internationally recognised premier qualifications body which seeks to promote professional photographers and members of the organisation are bound by a code of conduct which serves to promote professionalism, honesty, skill, and diligence.
